RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that at the general meeting of Paracon held on
Tuesday, 12 October 2010, convened in terms of the notice of general meeting
contained in the circular to shareholders issued on 20 September 2010, all
resolutions were passed by the requisite majorities.
The special resolution will be lodged for registration with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office in due course.
