RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 30
August 2010, which informed shareholders that -
1. the company had received an approach from a party which also advised it had
acquired a material shareholding in the company;
2. competition related concerns were presented by the approach and the
shareholding; and
3. the company would be referring these competition related concerns to the
competition authorities.
The company confirms that it remains engaged with the competition authorities
with respect to the referral of the above competition related concerns.
Accordingly shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution when dealing
in the company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
