RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, shareholders are advised that Mr. Peter Mansour has tendered his
resignation from the board of directors of Blue Label with effect from 13
October 2010.
Blue Label thanks Mr. Mansour for the contribution that he has made to the board
over the past three years.
APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR
The board of directors of Blue Label are pleased to announce the appointment of
Mteto Nyati to the board as a non-executive director with effect from 13 October
2010.
Mteto Nyati has served in the roll of managing director of Microsoft South
Africa for the last two years. Prior to being appointed to that position he
spent 12 years at IBM in a number of senior executive roles including as a
director on the board of IBM`s South African operations. Mteto has BSc degree
in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Natal and was awarded a Rhodes
Scholarship to study towards a Masters degree in Germany which he had to decline
for personal reasons. In 2004 he was named as one of the Yale University`s World
Fellows on Global Leadership
The directors of Blue Label welcome a candidate of Mteto`s standing and
experience to the board and look forward to a long and valued working
relationship with him.
