Michael Gerald Ilsley has been appointed to the Kelly Group board as an
independent non-executive director and a member of the audit committee with
effect from 13 October 2010.
Ilsley, a chartered accountant, is the former chief financial officer of
Alexander Forbes Limited as well as a former acting chief executive of Medscheme
Life Assurance Company Limited, where he now serves as a non-executive director.
He is also a non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee of The
Federated Employers Mutual Assurance Company Limited.
