COURT RULING TO SANCTION THE SCHEME
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 8 October 2010.
Shareholders are hereby advised that the High Court of Namibia heard the
application to sanction the scheme today, Wednesday, 13 October 2010 and is
expected to deliver its ruling thereon in due course.
Accordingly shareholders will be advised when the ruling is delivered.
