367 shares previously held in the Liberty International Share Incentive Plan
were transferred to the Company`s Chairman, Ian Durant, on 12 October 2010.
Ian Durant now holds an interest of 290,230 ordinary shares of 25p each (0.047%)
in the capital of the Company.
