RESIGNATION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Tiger Brands advises that Michael Fleming, the Chief Financial Officer and
Finance Director, has resigned with effect from 31 December 2010.
Tiger Brands thanks Michael for the important role played by him during his time
at Tiger Brands in the various positions that he has held within the finance
function and wishes him well in his future challenges.
The Board has initiated steps with regard to the appointment of a successor.
