DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE OML SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for OLD MUTUAL PLC
ORDINARY SHARES (OML) and that as a result of the dividend declaration relating
to OLD MUTUAL PLC ORDINARY SHARES (OML))Trustees of the Share Instalment have
declared a dividend amount of 12.08 ZAR cents per OMLNIG share instalment that
is payable on Tuesday, 30 November 2010
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 08 October 2010. The share
instalment will commence trading ex dividend from Monday, 11 October 2010. and
the record date is Friday, 15 October 2010.
