UPDATE TO SHAREHOLDERS
Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements dated 22 June 2010, 28 July
2010, 31 August 2010, and 7 October 2010 and are advised that Mr TP Mosebo, a
director and a minority shareholder of Angel Diamonds (Proprietary) Limited
("Angel Diamonds") has on 8 October 2010 brought an urgent application for the
provisional liquidation of Angel Diamonds in the High Court of Lesotho. The
application was granted and Thabex and other interested parties have lodged a
Notice of Intention to Oppose the application. This application will be heard on
the same day as Case CIV/APN/333/2010 ("Case") will be heard, being 10 November
2010.
Angel Diamonds was neither insolvent nor illiquid on 21 June 2010 when the
interdict in terms of the Case was granted. Mr TP Mosebo will therefore have to
answer for his actions as he failed to inform the board or shareholders of Angel
Diamonds prior to lodging the application on 8 October 2010.
Shareholders will be informed about any further developments regarding the
application and the Case as well as the expected date of publication of the
Company`s February 2010 year end results.
