CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to Jubilee`s year-end results published on 4 October
2010 wherein it was advised that the company had purchased a 51% stake in the
power generation company Power Alt (Pty) Ltd.
With regard to this statement, shareholders are advised that the company is
still in the negotiations stage of the acquisition which, if successfully
concluded, may have a material effect on the price at which the company`s shares
trade on the JSE Limited.
Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in their Jubilee
shares until a full announcement is made.
