AIM NOTIFICATION
In compliance with AIM rules, Eastern Platinum Limited ("Eastplats" or the
"Company") reports on the following transaction by a Director in the Company`s
common shares.
On October 13, 2010, Mr. Gordon Keep, a non-executive director of the Company,
notified the Company that he exercised 50,000 stock options to purchase common
shares in the Company at Cdn$0.32 per share. These options expire on December
18, 2013. As a result of this exercise, Mr. Keep sold 3,000 shares at Cdn$1.55
and 47,000 shares at Cdn$1.54 for total proceeds of Cdn$77,030 on October 13,
2010. After this transaction, Mr. Keep holds 37,500 common shares of Eastplats.
