CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listing Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the Board of Directors of SacOil ("Board") are pleased to announce the
appointment of Colin Bird, currently an Independent Non-executive Director, to
the Board as an Executive Director with effect from 13 October 2010.
He is a Chartered Mining Engineer, is a Fellow of the Institute of Materials,
Minerals and Mining and is a certified Mine Manager both in the United Kingdom
and South Africa.
Colin is the former CEO of Jubilee Platinum plc and founder of Kiwara plc.
Colin is well known to the London Alternative Investment Market and its
institutional investors.
