APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR
CMH has announced the appointment of JS (James) Dixon as an independent, non-
executive director of the Company with immediate effect. He will also serve on
the audit and risk assessment committee. Dixon retired in 2009 after 28 years
as a partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers and its predecessor firm, Coopers and
Lybrand.
Announcing the appointment in Durban today, Group chairman, Maldwyn Zimmerman
advised that Dixon is well known to the group`s executives, having previously
served as partner in charge of the Group audit. He brings with him a wealth of
knowledge and experience and will be a valuable addition to the Board.
