Trading Statement
In accordance with paragraph 3.4 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, a listed company is required to publish a trading statement as soon as
it becomes aware, with a reasonable degree of certainty, that the financial
results for the next period to be reported on are likely to vary by more than
20% from the previous corresponding period.
Further to the trading update released on the Securities Exchange News Service
of the JSE Limited on Wednesday 18 August 2010, Calgro M3 wishes to advise
shareholders that the company`s earnings per share ("EPS") for the financial
period ended 31 August 2010 is expected to be 3.61 cents compared to an EPS of
17 cents reported in the previous corresponding period. Headline earnings per
share for the financial period ended 31 August 2010 is expected to be 3.61 cents
per share compared to headline loss per share of 2.93 cents reported in the
previous corresponding period
