- the annual report, incorporating a notice convening the annual general
meeting of the company ("the AGM"), was posted to shareholders on 30
September 2010. There have been no material changes to the financial
information published in the provisional report dated 31 May 2010;
- the AGM will be held at 10:00 on Friday 22 October 2010 in the boardroom,
Block A, Oxford Office Park, No 5, 8th Street, Houghton Estate,
Johannesburg.
