APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Notification is hereby given in accordance with rule 3.59(a) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited that Mr Antonie Jacobs ("Antonie") has been
appointed as a non-executive director to the board of Pioneer Foods and as
member of the audit committee of Pioneer Foods with immediate effect.
Antonie is the Chief Executive Officer of Zeder Investments Limited ("Zeder")
and also serves on the boards of various Zeder associated companies.
The board of Pioneer Foods welcomes the appointment of Antonie and look forward
to his contribution.
