TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, companies are required
to publish a trading statement as soon as they are satisfied that a reasonable
degree of certainty exists that the financial results for the period to be
reported upon next will differ by at least 20% from the financial results for
the previous corresponding period.
During the 2009 financial year the group changed its financial year end from 31
May to 31 August.
BCX shareholders are advised that the group expects its financial results for
the year ended 31 August 2010 to be more than 20% higher than for the year ended
31 May 2009, the last reported full year results. A further trading statement
will be issued before the publication of BCX`s results for the year ended 31
August 2010 which is expected to be released on SENS on Wednesday, 10 November
2010.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the group`s auditors.
