notification on 15 October 2010 that Sterling Trust Limited acquired 2,879,000
ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 13 October
2010. As a result Sterling Trust Limited holds an interest in 15,809,000
Ordinary Shares, representing 16.64% of the issued share capital of the Company.
