CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
the board of directors of IFCA is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr
Anthony Barnard as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
Anthony holds a BCom (CAIBSA) and is an experienced banker with 20 years
experience in the South African banking industry. He began his career in retail
banking, moving into corporate and investment banking, where he held senior
executive positions in Nedbank, Investec and ABN Amro Bank.
In recent years, Anthony has establish a successful Pan-African consulting
organisation providing credit, risk and management consulting to many of the
South African and African Financial Institutions as well as a number of non-
financial organisations.
