CHANGES TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with rule 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited,
shareholders of the company are hereby advised that:
- CHANGE IN FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Chris Otto has resigned, and Adri Wessels has been appointed as Financial
Director of the company with immediate effect.
- CHANGE IN CHAIRMAN
Khutso Mampeule ("Khutso") has resigned from his position as Chairman and
director of the company with effect from the upcoming Annual General
Meeting to be held on 22 October 2010. Chris Otto has been appointed as the
follow-up Chairman.
The company thanks Khutso for his contribution during his tenure as Chairman and
wishes him well.
