RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcements published on 5 May 2010, 17 June 2010,
29 July 2010 and 9 September 2010 shareholders are advised that the discussions
regarding the proposed restructuring of Brokrew Industrial (Pty) Limited (a
wholly owned subsidiary of Kairos) are still ongoing and a detailed announcement
pertaining to the restructuring will be published in due course. Until such time
that the detailed announcement is published, shareholders are advised to
continue exercising caution when dealing in the Company`s securities.
