CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
The board of directors of Hudaco ("the board") has received an
expression of interest which may lead to an offer being made to
acquire the entire issued share capital of Hudaco.
The board has formed a sub-committee of independent directors to
ensure appropriate governance throughout any ensuing process and
to consider any possible offer that may be forthcoming.
Shareholders are therefore advised to exercise caution when
dealing in their shares until a further announcement is made.
