NAME CHANGE OF FOSCHINI LIMITED TO THE FOSCHINI GROUP LIMITED
The attention of Warrant holders are drawn to the announcement made by Foschini
Limited ("Foschini"), whereby it was resolved to change the name of Foschini
Limited to The Foschini Group Limited ("Foschini Group") recorded in the books
of the company at the close of business on 01 October 2010. The abbreviated
name on the List changed to "TFG" and the Clearing House Code changed to "TFG".
Notice is hereby given that, due to the above change of name of Foschini, the
existing warrant, FOSIHF (ISIN Code: ZAE000150157), which Investec Bank Limited
has issued over Foschini will affect the long name; short name and underlying
share code reference which shall be amended to reflect "TFG". The new name of
the warrant shall now be TFGIHF (ISIN Code: ZAE000151460).The last day to trade
in FOSIHF will be Friday 29 October 2010 the new warrant TFGIHF (ISIN Code:
ZAE000151460) will commence trading on the Monday 01 November 2010. The record
date for FOSIHF will be Friday, 5 November 2010.
