CADIZ HOLDINGS - TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, and further to the
SENS announcement of 28 September 2010, shareholders are advised that the
group`s basic and diluted headline earnings per share for the six months ended
30 September 2010 ("the period") are anticipated to decline by between 25% and
35% compared to the six months ended 30 September 2009.
Basic and diluted earnings per share for the period are anticipated to decrease
by between 20% and 30% compared to the six months ended 30 September 2009.
The group`s results for the six months ended 30 September 2010 will be announced
on SENS on Monday 8 November 2010.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed or reported on by the group`s independent auditors.
