RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that all of the ordinary resolutions and a special
resolution proposed at the AGM of Infrasors held on Friday, 22 October 2010,
were approved by the requisite number of shareholders. The special
resolution will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual
Property Registration Office, for registration in due course.
CHANGES TO THE BOARD
In terms of paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements,
shareholders are further advised that David Nabarro, retired as Independent
Non-Executive deputy Chairman and director of the company with effect from
today, 22 October 2010.
The board wishes to thank David for his valuable contribution to the company
over the past year.
