RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Further to the cautionary announcements dated 15 June 2010, 29 July 2010 and 10
September 2010 respectively, shareholders are advised that the company is
continuing negotiations with various interested parties for the recapitalisation
of, or injection of assets into, the group and has received written interest in
this regard, which is forming the basis for negotiations. In addition,
alternative options available in relation to Queensgate Leisure (in provisional
liquidation) are being investigated, including the disposal of QHL to enable a
S311 compromise offer with creditors.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when
dealing in the company`s securities until a further announcement is made.
