RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of AdaptIT held on
Friday, 22 October 2010, all the resolutions set out in the notice of annual
general meeting were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolution will be submitted for registration at the Companies and
Intellectual Property Registration Office ("CIPRO") in due course.
Shareholders are further advised that, at the general meeting of AdaptIT held
immediately after the annual general meeting on Friday, 22 October 2010,
convened in terms of the notice of general meeting contained in the circular to
shareholders issued on 30 September 2010, the enabling resolutions to approve
and implement the amendment to the company`s articles of association and the
adoption of the amendments to the company`s Share Incentive Trust, were passed
by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolution will be submitted for registration at CIPRO in due
course.
