The annual financial statements of Bidvest and the Group and the Deloitte &
Touche audit report are available for inspection at the registered offices of
the company.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of the company will be
held at 08:30 on Monday, November 15 2010, at Third Floor, Bidvest House, 18
Crescent Drive, Melrose Arch, Johannesburg, 2196, to transact business as
stated in the notice of the annual general meeting.
