FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE DECLARATION OF A SPECIAL DIVIDEND
Shareholders are hereby advised that the payment of the special dividend, as
declared in the announcement dated 18 October 2010 ("the announcement"), has
been approved by the Exchange Control Department of the South African Reserve
Bank.
The salient dates pertaining to the said payment, as detailed in the
announcement, remain unchanged.
