(www.elliesholdings.com). The audited financial statements contain no changes to
the reviewed results which were announced on SENS on Tuesday, 20 July 2010.
The annual report contains a notice of Annual General Meeting for
Ellies, which will be held at 94 Eloff Street Ext, Village Deep,
Johannesburg on Wednesday 17 November 2010 at 12:00pm.
