Andulela hereby advises that Mr David Currie has tendered his resignation and
will be leaving with effect from 31 October 2010.
The Board wishes to express its appreciation for Mr Currie`s valuable
contribution to Andulela and wishes him every success in his future endeavours.
Mr Pieter de Jager has been appointed to the Board as Financial Director with
effect from 25 October 2010. Mr de Jager was previously the Financial Director
of Andulela prior to the recent change of control in the company and brings an
in-depth knowledge and understanding of the business.
