RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Pinnacle Point
held today on Wednesday, 27 October 2010, at the registered office of the
company, Arcay House II, Number 3 Anerley Road, Parktown, Johannesburg, all the
resolutions proposed thereat have been passed with the requisite majority, other
than ordinary resolution 2 relating to the interim appointment of Mr SLH Braun
as a director. However, Mr Braun remains as a key executive of the group and as
a director on the group`s subsidiary companies.
In addition, in compliance with paragraph 3.59 shareholders are advised that Ms
Thabiso Moerane has retired from the board of directors with immediate effect.
The board of directors would like to thank Ms Moerane for her valuable
contribution to both the board and the audit committee.
New board appointments will be made by the board in due course with a focus on
independent non-executive directors.
