Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 31
March 2010 and the subsequent related cautionary announcements, wherein
shareholders of RMBH were advised of the Potential Restructure of RMBH, which
transaction may have a material effect on the price of RMBH shares. As
negotiations are still in progress shareholders are advised to continue to
