Set out below is an announcement which was released by Redefine International
plc, the AIM-listed subsidiary of Redefine International on RNS.
As set out in the prospectus issued by Redefine International on 23 August 2010,
Redefine International acquired the shares in Redefine International plc ex the
entitlement to the dividend in respect of the 6 months ended 31 August 2010.
Accordingly, Redefine International will not be participating in the dividend
set out in the announcement below.

Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting
The Company announces that notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting has been
issued to shareholders regarding a Scrip Dividend and Cash Alternative to the
proposed Final Dividend for the period ended 31 August 2010.
The meeting will take place at Channel House, Green Street, St Helier, Jersey
JE2 4UH.
The expected timetable of events is as follows:-
Ex-dividend date: 3 November 2010
Preliminary Results Announcement for period 4 November 2010
ended 31 August 2010:
Record Date: 5 November 2010
Extraordinary General Meeting: 24 November 2010
Dividend Payment Date: 26 November 2010
