NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the Company`s annual report, incorporating the
audited annual financial statements and notice of annual general meeting will be
posted to shareholders on 29 October 2010. The annual report is also available
on the Company`s website (www.supergroup.co.za).
The annual financial statements contain no modifications to the reviewed
statements published on SENS on 18 August 2010. The annual financial statements
were audited by KPMG Inc. and their report is available for inspection at the
Company`s registered office.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Super Group
shareholders will be held at the Company`s registered office at 27 Impala Road,
Chislehurston, Sandton, 2146 on Monday, 29 November 2010 at 09h00 to transact
the business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting.
