the audited results which were announced on SENS on 7 September 2010.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of KAP
will be held at the Steinhoff Whitehouse, 3a Eton Road, Parktown, Johannesburg
on 26 November 2010 at 12:30 to transact the business set out in the notice of
the annual general meeting contained in KAP`s 2010 annual report.
