RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of TCS held
today, all the resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of
shareholders.
Item number 5 to confirm the appointment of auditors of the company was
approved with the modification that BDO South Africa Inc., and not Mazars as
stated in the notice of annual general meeting, be appointed as independent
auditors of the company with Johann Lemmer being the individual registered
auditor who will be undertaking the audit for the company for the ensuing
financial year.
