CORRECTION TO DIRECTORS DEALING ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred o the SENS announcement made by the Company on 8
December 2009 regarding dealing in securities by a director of GPI. It has come
to the Company`s attention that the aforementioned announcement overstated the
number of securities, which were disposed of by the director concerned.
