TRADING STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that Trematon`s loss and headline earnings per share
for the year ended 31 August 2010 will be approximately 4.1 cents per share and
4.3 cents per share respectively, compared to a loss of 1.3 cents per share and
headline earnings of 4.5 cents per share for the previous comparable period,
being the year ended 31 August 2009. The net asset value of the company is
expected to decrease from 81 cents per share for the previous comparable period
to approximately 77 cents per share.
The decrease in earnings and net asset value is mainly due to an accounting loss
on the disposal of Ingenuity Property Investments Limited. Although the disposal
generated a net capital gain on the original purchase price it generated an
accounting loss due to the manner in which income from associates was recognized
in prior periods.
The financial information in this trading statement has not been reviewed by the
company`s auditors. The audited year end results of the Company will be
published on or about 8 November 2010.
