CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In terms of Section 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Mr TR Scott will retire as an independent non-executive
director of Omnia with effect from 3 December 2010.
Mr Scott has served diligently as a member of the Board from 2003 having
previously served as Managing Director of Protea Chemicals (Pty) Ltd, which was
acquired by Omnia on 1 September 2003.
The Board thanks Mr Scott for his invaluable contribution to the Company and in
particular, for his assistance in integrating Protea Chemicals into the Group.
