Shareholders of ELB are advised that a circular has been posted today regarding
the proposed adoption of the ELB Share Incentive Scheme 2010 ("the circular").
Notice is hereby given that a general meeting of ELB shareholders will be held
immediately after the conclusion of the annual general meeting of ELB, which is
to be held at 12h00 (noon) in the Main Board Room of ELB Equipment Limited, 14
Atlas Road, Anderbolt, Boksburg, on Tuesday, 23 November 2010, to transact the
business as stated in the general meeting notice forming part of the circular.
