CHANGE TO THE BOARD
Mr Robert Harley Dent has announced his retirement from the company with effect
from 31 December 2010.
Mr Dent joined PPC during 1978 and was appointed to the board during 1992.
During his career spanning 32 years with the company he served in various
operational roles and as an executive director on the board where he has been
responsible for strategic development, our operations in Botswana and Zimbabwe
and the Aggregates and Lime divisions. Mr Dent has made a substantial
contribution to the company.
Mr Dent has resigned as a director of the company and its associated boards with
effect from 1 November 2010.
