NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Further to the publication of the detailed results announcement on SENS on 21
September 2010 of DigiCore`s audited results for the year ended 30 June 2010,
DigiCore advises that its 2010 Annual Report, which incorporates the audited
annual financial statements for the period, will be dispatched to shareholders
on Tuesday, 2 November 2010 and contains no changes from the aforementioned SENS
announcement.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of
DigiCore will be held in the boardroom of the DigiCore Head Office situated at
Regency Ofice Park, 9 Regency Drive, Route 21 Corporate Park, Irene Ext 30,
Centurion, South Africa on Wednesday, 24 November 2010 at 09:00 to transact the
business set out in the notice of the annual general meeting, which is contained
in DigiCore`s 2010 Annual Report.
