NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Audited results
With regard to the audited results for the year ended 31 July 2010,
shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements were distributed
to shareholders on 29 October 2010 and contained no modifications to
the audited results which were published on SENS on 4 October 2010.
The annual financial statements were audited by KPMG. Their report is
available for inspection at the Company`s registered office.
Notice of annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the eleventh annual general meeting of Phumelela
Gaming and Leisure Limited shareholders will be held at 9h00 on Wednesday 8
December 2010 in the Bold Cherry Room, Turffontein Racecourse, 14 Turf Club
Street, Turffontein, Johannesburg, to transact the business as stated in the
annual general meeting notice forming part of the annual financial statements.
