RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING:
Investec Bank Limited is authorised to announce that, at the annual general
meeting of Growthpoint linked unitholders held on 3 November 2010, all of the
resolutions proposed in terms of the notice convening the meeting were passed.
The special resolution that was passed at the meeting will be lodged with the
Registrar of Companies for registration.
