TEMPORARY HALT IN TRADE RE GENERAL ISSUE OF SHARES FOR CASH
Resgen has its primary listing on the Australian Stock Exchange ("ASX") and
secondary listing on the JSE Limited. In order to comply with the ASX rules
Resgen have to request a temporary halt in trade for a period of time to
facilitate the placement of shares.
Shareholders are advised that Resgen has requested a halt in the trade of their
securities in Australia and South Africa to facilitate the placement of shares
in terms of a general issue of shares for cash authority.
Trading on the JSE Limited will therefore be in trading halt from 4 November
2010 at 08h00 until 17h00 on 4 November 2010.
Trading on the Australian Stock Exchange will therefore be in trading halt from
4 November 2010 at 08h00 until 17h00 on 4 November 2010.
