AGM NOTIFICATION AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements of Mvelaphanda
Resources Ltd for the year ended 30 June 2010 have been dispatched to
shareholders and contain no significant modifications to the reviewed
preliminary results which were released on 23 September 2010. The annual report
is also available online at www.mvelares.co.za.
The annual financial statements have been audited by the company`s auditors
PricewaterhouseCoopers Inc. Their unqualified report is available for inspection
at the company`s registered office. A notice of annual general meeting has been
distributed to shareholders. The AGM will be held at 10:00 on Thursday, 25
November 2010 at 1A Albury Park, Magalieszicht Avenue, Dunkeld West, Sandton.
