In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are advised that Mr Bethuel Ngwenya has tendered his resignation as company
secretary of Northam with effect from 3 November 2010.
An announcement will be made once the new company secretary is appointed.
