information is disclosed:
Mr Barry Schaffter has notifed the board of Bell of his resignation from the
board with effect from 1 November 2010. The board has appointed Mr Donald de
Bastiani to replace Mr Schaffter with effect from 1 November 2010 and has also
agreed to the appointment of Mr Timothy Averkamp as an alternate director to Mr
De Bastiani, also effective 1 November 2010.
