NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the annual report containing audited financial
statements for the year ended 30 June 2010 was posted to shareholders today,
Friday, 5 November 2010. There has been no change from the reviewed consolidated
financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2010, which were published on
SENS on 30 September 2010.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of Sallies will be held
at 15:00 on Thursday, 25 November 2010 at Block 1, Freestone Office Park, 135
Patricia Road, Atholl, Sandton, Johannesburg. The notice of annual general
meeting is issued with the annual report, which contains the annual financial
statements of Sallies for the year ended 30 June 2010.
